  18. What I am trying to accomplish is : use kermit 'telnet' with vt320 over
  19. an existing TCP/IP network.

  21. The configuration is this : I have WFWG 3.11 installed on a machine and
  22. I am running TCP/IP as the protocol.  The network interface is a NE2000
  23. from artisoft.  All works fine there.

  25. What I need to do though is telnet to a UNIX server that has a dedicated
  26. serial connection to a VAX.  So, I figure, all I need to do is telnet in
  27. and 'cu' to the serial port and wamo - I am at the VAX prompt.  Well all
  28. this does work - BUT I need proper keymapping for the VAX.  I have tried
  29. remapping keys with other telnet programs - all failed to work right.  Every
  30. one says kermit will work properly for this - but I need to keep the
  31. existing TCP/IP stack in place too - so that is how I found you.

  33. Can anyone help with this config??
